2014 Western Regionals 1st place Bikini Open Class B and 7th place Bikini Novice Class B

My Story:

I'm a Midwest girl originally from Wisconsin but I've lived in Arizona for almost nine years and I love it here. I've been a hairstylist for fourteen years and hair was always my passion until I fell in love with the fitness industry a year ago. Now I have at least two passions.

I got into competing when a friend of mine suggested it after aspiring to do it herself. This was the greatest decision I've ever made and my life has changed for the better because of it. I trained with Artie at AZ Pro Physiques for five months for my first competition back in March when I did the 2014 natural Western. It was definitely a challenge being so new to fitness but I managed to change my body and have never looked back. The next show I did was the 2014 Western Regionals where I placed 1st in my class! Never did I imagine in my wildest dreams that I would place 1st! No stopping now!

I'm so grateful for the team at AZ Pro especially Artie for helping me get to where I am and for Miles and Kim for running such an amazing show. Miles and Kim are so down to earth and and they just have a way about them that makes you feel really comfortable and you as an athlete are definitely in their best interest. I can't wait to get on stage again for another Miles show!
